Noreen Cabanting, Principal

Noreen Cabanting has eight years of experience in the Environmental Consulting field. Ms. Cabanting earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition to her education background, Ms. Cabanting has expertise in Habitat Restoration, Biological Resources, Environmental Permitting, and CEQA/NEPA. She has managed small- and large-scale habitat restoration and mitigation projects with multiple habitat types and phases throughout Southern California. Ms. Cabanting has obtained a Department of Pesticide Regulation Qualified Applicator's License. Her C-27 Landscape Contracting License is pending.

Richard Atmore Jr., Principal

Richard Atmore Jr. has over 18 years of experience in the Landscape Contracting industry. Mr. Atmore has obtained both a California General Engineering Contractor’s License and a Department of Pesticide Regulation Qualified Applicator’s License. With his extensive knowledge of the land, he manages over 7,000 acres of open space and rangeland. Mr. Atmore has also managed various weed abatement projects and habitat restoration projects located in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, which include site preparation, clearing and grubbing, vegetation management, herbicide application, mitigation installation and maintenance, and implementation of best management practices such as erosion control and stormwater pollution prevention.
